You have to learn to like yourself the way you are. It doesn't matter if you are skinny, or fat, or anything in between. The only one who is worried about what other people think is you. They don't care if you are skinny. It doesn't diminish you as a man in any way. It took me forty years to learn this. So go out, be your self, and don't try to hide the fact you are skinny. You might want to google Muscle Dysmorphia. That is about people who think they are skinny, but are really not, but many of the same fears and feelings apply.
