esta muy bueno ese corte. Ese cliente si supo como poner a volar la imaginacion del barbero!

Anonymous Saturday, June 07, 2008 6:27:40 AM

made me laugh.

Very nice adaptation of a very simple funny idea. I liked acting and the good timing. Just at the end I was waiting for some kind of visual punchline. Althought now thinking of it, having the film end on the exact downer as it started (the barber sitting there bored, as if nothing happend all day) one might speculate, if it wasn't the barber himself having a delusion of a customer (instead of the bald customer having an illusion of having hair) :-D

The idea is good (which actually is not so good^^) but how you made it, with all the details and mimics and stuff (the german word would be "Umsetzung", but I don't like the translations given by http://dict.tu-chemnitz.de/.)
Is absolutely genius, fantastic work!
(I guess the clip and the haircut are two "magnum opus"^^)

I love how most short films do not use much dialogue. It's pure genius.

Anonymous Sunday, March 30, 2008 9:12:48 PM

Not sure about this..

Anonymous Thursday, March 06, 2008 12:30:48 AM

Often a film does not need much dialogue, just a simple idea and confident execution of that idea and this short film has that. It also proves that John Polson being the sole selector of the remaining top 50 short listed films in 2006 did not get it right, this film completely kicks arse over that years winning film "Carmichael & Shane" which was funny as a on off screening, but held no water on repeated screenings especially on the Tropfest DVD when viewed alone.

This film should have won Tropfest 2006 and I bet the Director knows it.

Tropfest is a joke Carlo so don't worry mate, great film - Stephen Sherrard-Griffith
